Confidentiality

A New Star Co-active coaching happens within a strict confidential environment. This is the cornerstone of the client/coach relationship. Both parties are expected to respect the private nature of the contents of each coaching session.

We also have one rule that we adhere to in our practice and this is that nobody gets to be wrong. Whatever the client says is not judged by the coach and you can expect complete impartiality from us. We want you to feel totally free to express your views within a trustworthy alliance.
